Am Freitag bin ich umgezogen, und nach einem Wochenende ohne Internet habe ich jetzt DSL :)
Und mein Vater wartet immer noch auf Arcor-DSL, das er Anfang Januar beauftragt hat. Ne Zeitlang hiess es auf deren Webseite noch, das voraussichtliche Einrichtungsdatum sei der 20. April. Inzwischen steht da nur noch “wird in Kürze eingerichtet”. Na das kann dann ja wohl noch dauern…

Ich hatte die informatica feminale zeitung vor einiger Zeit schonmal bei planet informatica eingebunden, musste sie aber wegen technischer Probleme wieder rausnehmen. Anscheinend hat Brigitte inzwischen das Feed geändert, so dass es jetzt geht ;)
Das Akademische Auslandsamt der Uni Dortmund benutzt anscheinend den altavista babelfish fuer die englische Version seiner aktuellen Meldungen. Da kommt dann sowas bei raus:

I recently got my mother’s “old and broken” Tungsten T (the digitizer has to be calibrated several times a day, but apart from that everything seems to be fine with it). Hotsync via USB works without any problems (using the pilot-link suite; the only thing you have to know is that by default, port
is created). But hotsync via bluetooth would be nicer, both for showing off and for having less hassle with all the cables.
